Custom Forms

In the InEvent platform, it's possible to set custom forms and collect information about your attendees on any subject. The form can be open(no login needed to answer) or closed(only logged in attendees can answer). Just share the link of the form so the attendees can answer it, and all the answers are available to export. 


Q: How to create a Custom Form?

A: In the top menu, go to PEOPLE -> COMMUNICATION -> SET CUSTOM FORM. Click the “Add form” button and give a tittle to the form and click on "Create" button.

Q: How can I add questions to the form?

A: After accessing the path PEOPLE -> COMMUNICATION -> SET CUSTOM FORM, click on the form and then click the  “Add Question” button. Define the question and select the type of a"Create" button.

Q: What types of answers are available?

A: There are seven types of answers: “YES OR NO”, “GRADE FROM 0 A 5”, “PLAIN TEXT”, where it is permitted free typing, “OPTION LIST”, where the attendees can choose between different option, "INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT FIELD",  "BRAZIL CPF FIELD", numbers only and "UPLOAD A FILE". To include the different options of answers, click on the question and then in "EDIT -> ADD NEW ANSWER -> CHOOSE THE LANGUAGE -> CREATE".

Q: Is there a maximum limit of questions in the Custom Form?

A: No, there is no limit of questions.

Q: How can I check the answers of the form?

A: Access the form through the path PEOPLE -> COMMUNICATION -> SET CUSTOM FORM, click the form and then click on the “Export” button. A blue label will be shown, and then click the "Download" button. Then, click the download button next to the desired report.

Q: Is it possible to send a confirmation mail after the attendee has answered the form?

A: Yes. After selecting the desired form, click the "Edit" button and the change the field "Action to execute after the form is finished:" to "Send E-mail" and in the following field, select the desired e-mail tela do formulário. To learn how to create e-mails, click here clique aqui.

Q: Can I set an close date to answer the form?

A: Yes. After accessing the form, click the "Edit" button and change the field "Close Date" to the desired date and time.

Q: Is it possible to answer the form without logging in?

R: Yes, just set the form to public. Select the form, click on the "Edit" button, and then check the "Públic" box in the top-left corner.
