Bug Report

InEvent´s  platform is structured in order so all features can integrate together. It can occur minor inconveniences, and whenever this happens it is recommended to create a “Bug Report”.

If I identify a bug in the platform, what should I do?

You should immediately create a bug report, and InEvent´s tech team will be able to analyze it.

How can I report a bug?

You should define, under the platform, where the error is occuring. Under platform you have 4 options:

  • Web
  • iOS
  • Android
  • FAQ

If it is an iOS/Android bug, you must inform the app name.

If is a Web/FAQ bug, please inform the URL that corresponds to it.

Then, describe what is happening and how can our team can assist.


In Attendee’s list, click on an attendee and then on the “edit” button. Afterwards, you need to change the attendees last name and click “end”, or else, the platform will not save these changes.

Lastly, describe any extra information you believe that will help our team to fix this error.
