Guidance for promoters: Access Control

The access flow can be defined by you, the organizer. However, here is a simple step-by-step to help train your promoters in reading QR Codes.

How can I direct my promoters to use the access control system on the day of my event?

Define the flow of control

First, decide whether or not the event will burn the QR Code with reading.

Identification

identify each promoter to relate to during training and support during the event.

Separate groups of promoters by type of reading

Access control works on 4 attendee flows, as described above. It is important to separate those who will read in and out of the event and which promoters will read in the inputs and outputs of the activities.

Approach

As an example we have:

Promoter:  Hello, please, just 1 minute while I read your QR Code to authorize the entry / exit (while speaking, already performs the reading). Have a great event.

Note: It is best to keep the reading screen already open for check-in at the event or activity of your choice. Remember to test in advance and demonstrate
Note: We suggest allocating some power point to load access controls (cell phones).
