Custom Email

Configure your email address so it will be a standard for your event. This way all emails you send to your invitees and attendees through our platform, they will receive as you are the sender.

How to configure my custom email?

Click on: Event > Configuration > Details > Edit > Custom Email

As you add an email, you will need to click on the information button as fill in the DKIM and Return-Path Information:

Your I.T team will be able to assist. As soon as it syncs it will change status to verified:
