How can I direct my promoters to use the accreditation system on the day of my event?

Identify the place of Accreditation

Always have boards, panels and labels that can direct people to the accreditation. If there is different accreditation for different audiences, it is necessary to make it clear which printers is designated to each accreditation.

Identification of promoters

Identification: Have a badge for each promoter, so they can interact with guests easily.

Separate groups of promoters

Demonstrate forms of label printing

How should promoters approach attendees?

Scenario 1: Approach: Attendees who are enrolled and have a QR Code.
  • Promoter: Hello, Do you have your QR Code on the App or on your email?
  • Attendee: Yes.
  • Promoter: Can you show me?
  • Attendee: Yes, here it is.
  • Promoter: Perfect. Please direct yourself to totem number X and there you will be to scan your QR Code. Your accreditation will print there. Thank you.
Scenario 2: Approach: Attendees enrolled in the event without QR Code
  • Promoter: Hello, Do you have your QR Code on the App or on your email?
  • Attendee: No
  • Promoter: Can I please have your registered email address or name?
  • Participant: Yes
  • Promoter: Great. Go to the totem number Y, and you will be able to print your accou.reditation entering your email.. Thank you.
Scenario 3: Approach: Attendees without registration information
  • Promoter: Hello, Do you have your QR Code on the App or on your email?
  • Attendee: No.
  • Promoter: Can I please have your registered email address or name?
  • Attendee: I not sure.
  • Promoter: So please, direct yourself to those promoters with laptop (Show with your hands the direction). They will analyze your situation and process your accreditation.T hank you.
