What is a Push Notification?

A: Push is the notification message you receive on your mobile phone when it is not operating or open. You will only receive this notification message if enabled in your personal settings.

Push notification is sent to mobile phones whenever the application for your event is installed and whenever there is a new poll, a new message or a new request for feedback occurs.

To send push messages, go to: EVENT> CONFIGURATION> EDIT DETAILS> SEND MESSAGE.

NOTE : When sending a push message of up to 140 characters, do not use special characters such as:

  • "quotation marks"
  • apostrophe'
  • backslash \
  • or line break.

You can still send messages with each participant's name, title, company or headline. When you send the push, put the following characters in: {{name}}, {{role}}, {{company}} and { {headline}}.
