Digital Ticket Voucher

Each event attendee will receive a specific category of ticket at the time of their registration. These tickets can be integrated with other sites related to their ticket as well. Attendees will receive tickets either by email or through the mobile application, and the event organizer can control the time in which the vouchers will be available. These vouchers contain various information that can be useful such as a unique QR code for the recipient containing the attendee’s name and information, as well as acting as a ticket to go through access controls.

How to enable the Voucher Tool.

First, verify that the Voucher Tool is enabled as a checked box in InEvent Start. If it is not enabled, you should go to:

EVENT> CONFIGURATION> DEFINE TOOLS> EDIT and then just check the box. Note: search for the word Voucher to quickly access it.

Next, go to PEOPLE> VIEW ATTENDEES, then choose an attendee and click on his name. Click EDIT, then the two options among several will appear: ‘View Voucher’ and ‘View Notes’. Here, the organizer can customize all information of the attendees.

If you click on View voucher, a PDF File with ALL of an attendee’s registered information: their QR Code, the ticket category, their entry for access to the accreditation, and also their logistics/hospitality (transportation, lodging) information. This Voucher link can be emailed the day before the event.

The attendee can also access their own Voucher through their smartphone’s application. Just click MENU> ENTER .
