The agenda is where you place all the activities that you will have at your event. All activities must be between the start and end date set in the event calendar. The number of activities is unlimited and allows you to put a brief description of each of the activities. This functionality is not mandatory, and if your event does not have a schedule, you can disable this function from the application.

How to use the import worksheet?
A: The import worksheet allows you to add on the platform all the activities of the schedule at once. The worksheet collects information such as the name of the activity, description, location, start and ends time, and the number of people for each activity. Within the platform itself it is possible to download the default spreadsheet, as shown below: "Schedule" > "See activities" > "Add Activity" > "edit" > "import" > "instructions" > "download default file".
I can't climb the activity sheet because it's making a mistake. What do I do?
A: Your spreadsheet may be giving an error for some reasons like:
Activity time is at a different interval from the calendar setting;
You deleted the first lines of the header and description;
You left some mandatory field blank. (dates, activity name)

I put the location of the activity and did not appear in the schedule. How do I set up locations where events will happen?
A: Before importing the worksheet, the location of the activities should already be created. To create an activity location just click on "Schedule" > "Configure Locations" > "Add Locations" > "create".
How to add only one activity at a time?
A: To add one activity at a time, just click on "Schedule" > "view Activities" > "add Activity". After that, you need to enter the "activity title", the "date and Time" and click on "Create Activity".
How to edit an activity?
A: You can edit all your activity information without having to delete it. To edit any activity information just click on "Schedule" > "view Activities" > "edit", select the activity you edit, and click on the top of the field that you want to change.

What is automatic enrollment in an activity?
A: Autoenrollment is when application users are already automatically enrolled in all activities, from the moment it logs on to the app. It does not need to sign up for each of the calendar activities if this option is checked as shown below.
What does "visible to the public" mean in an activity?
A: It means that this activity can be seen by all the peopl
e who are using the app. If you want only administrators to know about a particular activity, you must leave the option unchecked:
What is ' interaction notification '?
A: Participants will receive an automatic notification about interactions added to these activities. If you clear this option, the participant will not receive alerts about interactions in the activity.
Can I send a message to the participants of only one activity?
A: Yes, you can send messages to participants for a particular activity. To do this you need to click on "Schedule" > "view Activities" > "edit", select the activity you want to send the message to, and then click "Send Message". This message can contain up to 140 characters.
Note: When sending a push message up to 140 characters, do not use the special characters as:

How to add a speaker/tag in various activities?
