There are two types of surveys that can be conducted in your event.

Type 1- Surveys regarding the entire event. Useful for evaluating every attendee.

Type 2- Surveys regarding specific activities, useful in evaluating opinions surrounding each activity.

Also, event organizers have the option of receiving or not receiving responses from attendees.

Step by step

To access the feedbacks (surveys) of each specific activity, begin by clicking on  'AGENDA'> 'CONFIGURE FEEDBACK'.

How do I add a feedback question to the activity?

A:   To add a new question, after clicking on an activity, click on  'ADD QUESTION'> fill in the question into the indicated field> choose the desired ‘answer type’ and click on  'CREATE'.










NOTE: Questions that organizers may want to create must belong to an activity. You can create different questions for each of the calendar activities. A red bar next to a question shows that it is the one currently selected. If you want to add a new question to another activity, just click on a different activity and follow the same method above to create questions.

How do I edit a question that was already asked?

A: To edit a pre-existing question, click the  'EDIT ' button and modify the question. Users may alter the question being asked, or even delete it. To delete, select the desired question and click on  'REMOVE'. To save your changes, click 'END'.

What are the different types of questions that we can have?

A: The types of questions are:

Yes or no:  Useful for direct questions and practical measurements.

Grade from 0 to 5:  Used for qualitative evaluation, for instance, how much an attendee likes an activity.

Plain text:  Enables a free-response option for attendees to express opinions.

Brazilian CPF:  Used to obtain the official CPF number of the attendee.

International passport:  Used to obtain the official international passport number of the attendees.

List of options:  Used to define the options that the attendees can select as a response.

What does the 'REQUIRED' button do in the question’s menu?

A: By checking the 'REQUIRED' checkbox in the configuration the attendee must answer that question to continue using the App, attendees cannot skip the question being asked, otherwise, the App will no longer function for them.

When will attendees receive the notification when a question is sent out?

A: At the end of each activity of the event, a push notification will be sent out to remind attendees of the need to respond to the survey.

A: Step by step is similar to the questions, however, you should configure in ' EVENT'> 'CONFIGURE FEEDBACK'.

How often can I send notifications for attendees to respond to event polls?

A: You can send notifications every hour to respond to event polls.

What is the function of the "Send Notification" button

A: The button is used to send push notifications to attendees in order to remind them to respond to the feedback.

NOTE : When sending a push message of up to 140 characters, do not use special characters such as:

  • "quotation marks"
  • apostrophe'  
  • backslash \
  • or line break.
